Description:

• Manage Data Center product development project to completion.
• Support special research and development experiments, prototyping and development of structural grid portfolio.
• Maintain responsibility for assisting in development performance criteria and specifications for product development and manufacturing plan and the development of installation guides for product install, and gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.
• Resolve highly critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers.
• Experience with either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience contract management and discussing agreements.
• Excellent requirement gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving schedule and budget goals skills.
